To ensure a smooth and considered experience, we kindly ask that the following policy is observed. 

We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for any appointment changes or cancellations.

Late Cancellations 

Appointments cancelled within 24 hours will incur a fee of 100% of the scheduled service. 

No-Shows

Failure to attend an appointment without notice will result in a charge of 100% of the scheduled service.
