We offer local delivery in Hanley’s Farm and Jack’s Point,collection from our Jacks Point salon by appointment, and nationwide shipping across New Zealand.
Below you'll find everything you need to know about delivery options, estimated timeframes and important information before placing your order.

We aim to dispatch all online orders within 1–2 business days.
If your order is expected to take longer than 4 business days to leave us, we'll contact you with an update.
Local Delivery
We offer hand-delivered local delivery within Hanley’s Farm and Jack’s Point.
Collection
Prefer to collect your order? Choose Click & Collect at checkout and we'll let you know as soon as your order is ready for collection from our Jacks Point salon.
Nationwide Shipping
We ship New Zealand-wide via New Zealand Post.
Orders placed before 10am (NZST) are typically dispatched the same business day where possible.
Estimated delivery times:
South Island: overnight
South Island (rural): 1-2 daysNorth Island: overnight
North Island (rural): 3-4 daysPlease note that products classified as dangerous goods (such as aerosols) require additional handling and may take an extra 1–4 business days to arrive.
Important Information
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be amended or cancelled.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, severe weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
Orders are packed and dispatched from our salon in Jacks Point, Queenstown, and are processed on New Zealand business days.
