Faulty or Incorrect Items
If the item you receive is faulty, damaged, unsafe, or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund under the Consumer Guarantees Act.
Please contact us as soon as possible after discovering the issue.
We may ask for photos or other information to assess the problem.
If the issue is confirmed, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs.
Refunds will be made to the original payment method where possible.
